Licensed for seventeen years, I have gained great knowledge in this industry. I received my license in high school and went on to college before working full time in a salon. After four years renting a booth my clientele grew enormously and I opening my first salon in 2000. From 2000 to 2004 I received advanced training in Cutting, Coloring and Hair and Scalp treatment. In 2004 I purchased a 2,700 sq ft. building and expanded to a full service salon. I specialize in short haircuts, trendy funky looks. Although I service all hair lengths and textures, my passion is short hair. In 2005 Hurricane Katrina devastated New Orleans. My salon was totally destroyed and I relocated to Georgia. I immediately applied for and received my Georgia cosmetology and begin working in Textures Salon and Spa in Lithia Springs. January 2006 I begin working back in New Orleans on Fridays and Saturdays renting a both while my salon was being renovation and working in Georgia Tuesday thru Thursday. Seven months later I quit working in Georgia to pursue another business while still flying back home to services my dedicated customers in New Orleans.
